May 7th: Muscular Dystrophy Association. MDA sent out an eBlast that included an ad for our bags.
May 1 - 6th: The Abilities Expo - New York/New Jersey. Our Exhibit at the Expo was jumpstarted by a wonderful piece in The Buzz which is the newsletter for the expo. It is a great write-up. Then the show opened and we had a wonderful three days meeting hundreds of people who were interested in seeing our bags.
We also introduced our new Premier Bags which were a hit since most of the people we met were in wheelchairs, power chairs and mobility scooters. We sold some bags, got affirmation of the need for our product and lots of new product ideas. A very inspirational and worthwhile endeavor! Our thanks to everyone who visited with us. Friday, April 13th: Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation & HDS MEDALLION reach agreement. HDS MEDALLION has agreed to designate five Distinctive CarryAll Bags that when purchased will automatically generate a $7.00 donation/bag to the foundation. Monday, November 21st: OUR FIRST REPEAT CUSTOMER
When we asked about "why" she bought a second bag and what she thought of the bags, here is her touching response:
Long story short, she loved it. I have never seen her enjoy anything so much in her life. She loved the attention she was getting from the other residents about it. It was her pride and joy. Unfortunately, Mom became very ill and was on hospice. During that time somebody 'helped themselves' to her walker bag. My mother rued its being taken for weeks. In fact, for someone who has a severe memory loss, she remembered that walker bag and still does.
She is up walking some again so I wanted to get her another one to have. For her it was the colors, brightness and the fact that everyone gave her (and the bag) so much attention."

Thursday, November 17th: The Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation announced the inclusion of HDS MEDALLION CarryAll Bags in their 2011 Holiday Gift Guide. They mentioned our product first in their press release today. We are honored!

We also published an ad in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area editions of Senior News, a newspaper delivered to independent and assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and other senior facilities.
Friday, November 4th: Walden Expo - Montgomery, Texas
Our designer, Sharon Richardson, shared many of our bags with her designs with neighbors and friends at this expo in her community.
She displayed her many designs at the Walden Expo held at the Walden Yacht Club. She displayed several of the bags including the new Misty Gray one. Thank you Sharon for introducing people in your area to HDS MEDALLION®.

Monday, September 25th: HDS MEDALLION® PRESS RELEASE
Check out the link below to Marketwire which distributed our first press release today. Subsequently, it has shown up on several blogs, websites dealing with fashion and mobility devices, and visitors on the site doubled today. Feel free to pass this along to friends and family.
A nice article about the genesis of the HDS MEDALLION® Bags provides some additional insight into why our bags are special. Also, it's a tribute to our designer, Sharon Richardson, and to our Mom, Hazel Della Snodgrass, the inspiration for the bags and the HDS in our name. We are very excited to have expanded the HDS MEDALLION® family to include Lynx! Our favorite story about Lynx involved an order received at 1:51 pm. Our customer received a notification of order completed and mailed at 1:59 pm - 8 minutes. Unbelievable!
